Visiting Lecture by Professor Douglas Boin

Please join the John and Penelope Biggs Department of Classics in welcoming Dr. Douglas Boin, Professor of History at Saint Louis University. Professor Boin is an expert in Late Antiquity and has published widely on topics such as late antique Ostia, being Christian in the Roman world, and the Gothic leader, Alaric. He also directs the Spello Project, an archaeological investigation that aims to document lost chapters in the history of an Umrbian town.
