After Mary Beth received her B.A. in Classics from Kalamazoo College in 2019, she taught junior high Latin at The Vanguard School in Colorado Springs, CO, where she was the recipient of the Vanguard Experience teaching award. In 2023 she received her M.A. in Classics from Brandeis University and was the recipient of the Outstanding Course Assistant Award. She has been a private teacher of Latin and Greek since 2021. In the PhD program at Washington University in St. Louis, Mary Beth continues research on classics pedagogy.
